Job: OnlyFans chat manager
Talk to a model’s audience on OnlyFans. 3/3 schedule, 12-hour shifts, 20% of sales you personally close. Training school; paid internship. PC only.
Schedule
3 days on / 3 days off. Shifts are 12 hours. Roughly 15 working days per month with solid hour output.
- ·Day shift: 04:00–16:00

Pay
Managers earn 20% of sales they personally closed on their shift (not of the whole page net). Reference: ~$300 content sold per shift can land around $900+/month; strong managers on top accounts often see $1,000–$3,000 daily of their own sales balance (monthly payout varies individually).

Responsibilities
Not “just replying in chat”. Sales, shift discipline, and ownership of the model’s tone.
- 01Run fan dialogues in OnlyFans Messages in the model’s voice — inside tone, boundaries and rules locked at the start
- 02Chat sales: PPV, tips, customs, upsells and re-engage for lapsed subscribers
- 03Use AI drafts as prompts: you check meaning and tone, you send (no autopilot)
- 04Follow welcome / PPV sequences and La Grace quality standards on shift
- 05Capture key fan context (prefs, boundaries, purchase history) for the next shift
- 06Escalate hard cases (boundaries, complaints, technical issues) to the responsible contact — not silently
- 07Keep 3/3 discipline and 12-hour shifts: on-time start, handoff, no coverage gaps
- 08Learn from sales reviews: what moved unlock/tips, what to fix next shift
Requirements
A short hard filter: language, setup, schedule, willingness to learn. OF experience not required.
- 01English B1–B2+ — most fans in the US audience chat in English
- 02PC or laptop only (no phone): typing speed and multiple dialogues at once
- 03Stable internet and power for the full 12-hour shift
- 04Willingness to work 3-on/3-off (day 04:00–16:00 or night 16:00–04:00)
- 05Willingness to learn chat sales; OnlyFans / OFM experience not required — paid school included
- 06Empathy + stress resilience: adult 18+ content, varied fans, strict model boundaries
- 07Ownership of shift numbers: oriented to sales, not “just reply to everyone”
- 08Quiet workspace without bystanders in frame/background during the shift
Training
School includes calls, lectures and supervised shift practice. Internship is fully paid. You learn a specific model’s tone, PPV scripts and AI drafts — without sending on autopilot.

Is OnlyFans or OFM experience required?
No — we run an internal school: calls, breakdowns, practice on live dialogues. Internship is paid. What matters more: English B1–B2+, shift discipline, and a willingness to learn sales in Messages. Role details on this page; how La Grace shifts work — How it works.
Why a PC and not a phone?
Messages means several dialogues at once, CRM, and fast typing — on a phone that turns into drag. You need a PC or laptop with a proper keyboard and a stable desk setup.
How is the manager’s 20% calculated?
20% of sales you personally closed on your shift/rota (PPV, tips, etc.) — not of the whole page net. Per-shift sales references are in the Pay section above. Previous month pays out on the 7th–10th of the next month. Channels: crypto, UAH, PayPal, Skrill. Advance possible in month one.
What can you realistically earn per shift?
Depends on accounts and your sales. Ballpark: ~$300 content sold per shift → from ~$900/month with steady work; on strong profiles top managers often see $1,000–$3,000 daily sales balance (monthly payout is individual). Not “everyone gets $X” — results are measured on shifts.
What does the 3/3 schedule and 12-hour shifts mean?
Three on, three off. Shifts are 12 hours: day 04:00–16:00 or night 16:00–04:00. That’s roughly 15 working days per month with solid output. How we keep Messages covered without burning one person out.
What does training cover?
Model tone and boundaries, welcome/PPV/re-engage scripts, AI drafts (you send), post-shift sales reviews and mistake analysis. Internship is paid — we do not train “free for a month on enthusiasm”.
Can I work remotely from another country?
Yes — the role is fully remote. You need stable internet, power, and a quiet space for 12 hours. Time zone is aligned to day or night shift.
How is a chatter application different from a model application?
Different forms and expectations. Model — model application (content, publicity boundaries). Chatter — form here or chatter application. Do not mix them: different roles at La Grace.
Why is the role “limited” if the terms look good?
Because chat quality hits model net directly. We hire people ready to learn long-term and hold the standard — not a mass “one-week intake”. If it sounds too sweet, re-read the job: 12 hours of dialogues and sales is work.
