Two parts: how you join us and how we keep the page around the clock. No “magic in a week” — clear steps.

    Apply

    Short model form (chatters use a separate entry). No seat fee. We look at niche, socials, how public you want to be. Reply usually within 24–48 hours. No commitment yet.

    Call

    A calm talk: what works, where chat lags, which package makes sense (Chatting / Social Growth / Full). We explain 4×12h shifts, AI’s role, content limits. If this is not for you — we say so.

  3. 03

    First week

    Your chat style and limits, shift coverage, channels for your package, content plan (you shoot — we structure, unless Full includes production). Goal: a calm working rhythm within the first week.

  4. 04

    Growth & reports

    Every day: chat, posts, traffic by package. Periodic numbers and tweaks. Results are a curve (see cases), not a switch. After a peak month we talk about quieter numbers directly.

How shifts work

Will I be recognizable?

Depends on the package. Social Growth is controlled publicity (X + Reddit). Full is broader traffic, but boundaries (face, geo, topics) are agreed before start.

Do you guarantee income?

Do you work only with OnlyFans?

Yes. La Grace’s product is OnlyFans management (chat, traffic, production in Full). We do not run a separate B2B brand offering or position as a multi-platform agency.
