Confidentiality for OnlyFans models

This page is for a model considering an agency and wanting plain answers: who controls the account, what appears on the site, what we do about leaks, and what we honestly do not promise. It is separate from the site data policy (application forms) — here we mean day-to-day OnlyFans work after partnership starts.

1. Account and access — plain language

The OnlyFans profile stays yours. You keep access: Messages, Statements, payouts, settings. We do not “take” the page as our property.

For the team to answer fans and run agreed channels, they need working access for day-to-day ops. That is normal management practice: without access there is no 24/7 coverage or real analytics.

2. If you want to end the partnership

Please give 2 months’ notice before the exit date. Traffic and ads are often bought months ahead: a sudden stop breaks campaigns already paid for and the page curve. Two months lets us wind down spend cleanly, hand access back to you, and not leave the profile mid-flight.

3. What we lock before start

Before launch we agree boundaries so there are no surprises later:

• Face / voice / city on or off — or privacy-first.
• Topics and formats that are OK vs off-limits.
• Which traffic channels are allowed (e.g. X + Reddit vs a wider stack).
• What may appear in the agency portfolio (cases, screenshots without your name).

Social Growth is built for controlled publicity. Full Management is broader — still only inside agreed limits, not “whatever marketing wants”.

4. Cases and site marketing

Public cases on the site are anonymous by default: numbers, result screenshots, how the system worked — without your name or face if that is your choice. A different openness level needs separate consent — not “posted in agency Stories without you”.

5. Content leaks and DMCA — honestly

DMCA and leak response are included in every package: Chatting, Social Growth and Full Management. We steadily work to remove content that appears online without your permission: we monitor, file notices, and push takedowns where they actually work. This is not a paid add-on and not a footer checkbox.

But we say this plainly: a 100% safety guarantee is impossible. We do not know who is on the other side of the screen, what they save, where they forward it, or what they intend. The internet has no “delete everywhere forever” button. An agency that promises “full protection and zero risk” is simply lying — or does not understand the problem.

Our stance: we do the real work on takedowns and we hold agreed publicity limits. We do not sell a fairy tale. If showing your face is a hard no, we build privacy-first from day one.

6. Law, OnlyFans and 18+

We only work with adult models after age checks. La Grace processes stay inside OnlyFans rules and applicable law for US-audience work. No “bypass the platform” schemes.

7. NDA and team silence

Working with your data, content and identity assumes confidentiality. Specific clauses live in the partnership agreement. Chat and traffic teams are not free to “talk about the model” on socials or to outsiders outside the work setup.
