The Chatting package is built on coverage: 4 managers per account, 12-hour shifts, 3/3 rotation. AI may draft under your voice guide; a human always sends the final message. Every shift closes with a handoff note so whales do not vanish between teams.

What we measure every week

Response time, welcome conversion for new subs, PPV open rate, tip-menu unlock rate, repeat purchases over 30 days. These numbers land in a weekly dashboard—not social vanity metrics.

Handoff, SOP, and brand safety

Is there a public price list?

What stays on the model’s side?

Shooting (except production in Full), delivering materials on time, and publicity boundaries. Marketing, chat, page setup and finance ops sit with La Grace inside the package. Full role split — on the About page.

What reply SLA do you target in Messages?

Goal: the page is almost never offline — 4 managers, 12h shifts, 3/3. Peak queues happen; nights do not die like solo chat.

Does a bot send instead of a manager?
